Candlestick Park opened in 1960. This iconic ballpark was the original home to San Francisco's pro baseball. The football team moved from Kezar Stadium in 1970 and left in 2013. The baseball team left in for their new place in 2000. Oakland's football team played at Candlestick in 1960 and 1961.Â
