The Tuskers went undefeated in 2009 all the way to the championship game which they lost on a last minute field goal. Brooks Bollinger won MVP and coach Jim Haslett found himself back in the NFL the next season after being named coach of the year. The following year the team made it back to the championship game only to lose again. In 2011 the team relocated to Virginia.
