The Las Vegas Cowboys football team was established in 1968 when the Quad City Raiders of the Continental Football League (CoFL) moved to Sin City before the the third game of the 1968 season. The team was merged with the existing Las Vegas Cowboys of the Western Football League and opted to play in the CoFL. The team folded with the rest of the league after the 1969 season.
